2. Description of Services

Top Notch Pressure Washing LLC supplies the seasonal use of our Christmas lighting. Because our company is responsible for the maintenance, storage, and removal of the lighting, all supplies are owned by us and not by any customer. As part of all of our services, the lighting must be removed by us. If a customer removes any lighting, they will still be charged the original quote including install and remove and any damage caused to the lights.

3. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best possible experience, please note that our services are subject to certain limitations: weather conditions, availability of specific products, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the installation and maintenance of the holiday lights. We will make every effort to communicate and address any issues that may arise.

4. Pricing and Payments 

Pricing for our services will be communicated to you during the consultation process. If you have any questions on exact service, you must ask before our team comes out. Payment is due immediately after service. Additional charges may apply for customized requests, or any changes made to design after the agreement is finalized. 

5. Cancellations and Refunds 

If you wish to cancel services, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation date. There are no refunds on our installations.

6. Limitations and Liability 

While we take great care in our work, Top Notch Pressure Washing LLC will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.


7. Changes to the Terms

Top Notch Pressure Washing LLC reserves the rights to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website.

  • Do you remove the lights?

    Yes, we are required to take down of the lights with any of our Christmas light packages.

  • What if a light goes out?

    If a light goes out you can simply give us a call and we will come out and replace it for you. 

  • What kind of lighting do you install?

    We can install almost anything you can imagine. The most common lighting that you will see us use for rooflines, guttes, windows, and walkways is our highy quality C9 LED lighting. We invest in the best lighting for our customers.

  • How much does it cost?

    Our lighting sevices can range in price based on the compleexity of the job and the value of the lights that you choose. On average it can range from $250 to $600 based on a variety of factors.
